Billing, cancelation, or refunds

Your subscription is billed securely by Stripe. Sign in and open Manage billing on the Account page to update your card, view invoices, or cancel. For refund questions, reply to your payment receipt email.

Signing in

Use the email from your checkout on the sign-in page. We’ll email you a 6-digit code that expires after 10 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

Your plan or workouts

Signed-in members can update their plan settings from the Account page. For anything else, reply to your payment receipt email.
