This policy explains what information Evotion Hoop handles and why.
Your plan answers
Your answers to the plan questions (level, position, age, goal, game problem, schedule, training space, and equipment) are saved in your browser and on our servers so you can continue where you left off and so your plan can be built after purchase. They are linked to your account only after your purchase is verified.
Players under 13
Players under 13 are asked for a parent's email address and confirmation that a parent approves before a plan is created. The parent's email is used only to share the plan with the parent and is never used for marketing.
Buying a plan
When you choose to buy, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe collects and processes your contact and payment details under Stripe's own privacy policy. Every plan is a one-time payment — there is no recurring billing. Evotion Hoop never receives or stores your full card number.
Membership access
To give paying members access, we receive payment details from Stripe (such as your email address and the plan you bought) and keep a record of your access. When you sign in, we use your email address to send you a one-time sign-in code.
Usage information
The site may record simple, anonymous events, such as which question screen was viewed, to help us improve the flow. These events do not include your name, email, or payment details.
Clearing your saved answers
You can delete your saved plan answers at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by replying to your payment receipt email.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
