These terms apply when you use the Evotion Hoop website or buy an Evotion Hoop training plan.

The plans

Evotion Hoop is a digital basketball training program. There are two plans: The 30-Day Unguardable Plan for $29 USD and The 90-Day Elite Hooper System for $57 USD. An optional Tracker add-on is $13 USD. Each is a one-time payment.

Billing

Every plan is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and you are never billed again. Payment is processed by Stripe's secure checkout, which shows the exact charge before you pay.

Refund policy

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, reply to your payment receipt email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Plan Match Guarantee

If the plan you unlock does not match the answers you gave us, contact support within 7 days. We will correct it or refund you.

Training safety

Basketball training is physical activity. Warm up, train within your ability, and talk to a doctor if you have health concerns or an injury. Stop if you feel pain. Players under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission before training.

Players under 13

Players under 13 may use Evotion Hoop only with a parent or guardian's consent. During setup we ask for a parent's email address and confirmation that a parent approves before the plan is created.

No guaranteed results

Improvement depends on effort, consistency, and many other things. We do not promise any specific basketball result, playing time, team selection, or scholarship.

Acceptable use

Your plan is for your personal use. Do not share your sign-in, resell access, disrupt the website, or try to get into areas you have not paid for.

Our content

The Evotion Hoop name, training plans, videos, text, and design belong to Evotion Hoop. Do not copy, record, redistribute, or sell them without written permission.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Price changes will be announced before they take effect.
